The humidity sensor of ZXZH-I Series SF6 Comprehensive Tester adopts the humidity sensor of VAISALA Company of Finland, and the purity, SO2, H2S, CO, HF and other sensors adopt the thermal conductivity sensor and electrochemical sensor of ALPHA Company of Britain; At the same time, it is equipped with the current new ARM development technology, mass flow sensor, temperature sensor and other precision sensors, making the sampling data more real, more reliable, faster computing speed and other advantages.
