Product Description
This is used for measuring dielectric dissipation factor and DC resistivity of insulating oil and other insulating liquids, applied in heavy interference site such as power plants or power substations. It can also be used in laboratory for high accurate test. 
 
The device is whole in one designed: Including precision digital bridge, power unit, reference capacitor (CN), step-up transformer and other electronic circuits. It adopts full digital technology and all of the intelligent automatic measurement, so that the operator without professional training will be able to use it proficiently.
 
Features:
  1. Cup oil used in line with the national standard three-electrode structure GB / T5654-2007, the inter-electrode spacing 2mm, can eliminate the stray capacitance and dielectric loss diarrhea drain effect on test results.
  2. use induction heating, PID temperature control algorithm. The heating with oil cup and heating body non-contact, heat evenly, fast, and easy to control, the temperature strictly controlled within the preset temperature error range.
  3. Inside with standard capacitors: SF6 inflatable three electrode type capacitor, no impact of the capacitor dielectric loss and capacity from the ambient temperature, humidity, etc.,
  4. AC test power supply using AC-DC-AC conversion, can run properly even powered by generator
  5. overvoltage, over current, short circuit protection. when the temperature exceeds 120 degrees, the relay is released and the heating will stop
  6. Easy to set test parameters. Temperature setting range 0 ~ 125 ºC, the AC voltage setting range 500 ~ 2200V, DC voltage setting range 0 ~ 500V.
